Pregnancy Options & Decision-Making

If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy, you may be feeling alone and unsure of what to do or where to turn for help.
Schedule an appointment to meet with one of our client advocates to discuss your options in a non-judgmental, compassionate environment. You may feel like you need make a decision quickly, but this can be a difficult decision so we encourage you to take time to consider all of your options. We would like to help by providing you with helpful and accurate information to make an informed decision. All of our services are free and confidential, and we have no financial interest in your pregnancy as we do not provide abortions, make abortion referrals, or arrange adoptions.

You may have questions about abortion procedures and risks, how abortion can affect you, as well as if you have any rights.


You may be feeling like parenting seems impossible, or wondering how you could parent on your own. There are resources to help you, and we can talk with you openly about your concerns.


We do not arrange adoptions, or gain financially if you choose adoption, so we can talk through this option with you openly and honestly.

Make an appointment to meet with a client advocate to discuss all of your options so you can make an informed decision.

How long will the appointment take?

The appointment is generally 45-60 minutes with a client advocate, but if you have obtained all of the information you would like to and would like to leave earlier then you are welcome to do so. We are here for you, and you are the one in control of the appointment.

Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely! We understand this is a time when you need support. Your partner, or even a family member or friend, is more than welcome to attend the appointment with you.

What should I expect when I arrive?

First, you will be welcomed by Alpha staff and offered a complimentary drink. We hope that you will feel comfortable and welcome here. Next, there will be a form that we will ask you to complete and you will meet individually with a client advocate to listen to your concerns, fears and what you feel you need, as well as openly answer any questions you have and discuss how we can help you.
